OnDutch is an online retail store launching in Summer 2026. The Site currently serves as an informational and pre-launch resource. Through the Site, you may: • Learn about OnDutch and our product categories • Submit a brand partnership inquiry • Subscribe to receive launch updates Certain features and services referenced on the Site, including our online retail store, partner portal, and mobile application, are not yet available. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Site or our services at any time without prior notice.
Use of the Site
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. The OnDutch name, wordmark, and logo are trademarks of OnDutch, Inc. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission. Photography All photographs displayed on the Site are original works owned by OnDutch, Inc. and are protected by copyright. These images may not be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used in any form without express written consent. Limited License We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include the right to: Modify or copy the Site's materials Use any materials for commercial purposes or public display Remove any copyright or proprietary notations Transfer the materials to another person or mirror the materials on any other server
Brand Partnership Inquiries
Submission of a brand partnership inquiry through the Site does not create a business relationship, partnership, or agreement between you and OnDutch. All inquiries are subject to our review and evaluation at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to accept or decline any inquiry for any reason. Information submitted through the inquiry form will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
